all you wow pvp's need to up wow in the back corner and come to dark age of camelot, commonly refered to as daoc. In this game there is 3 realm/factions not just 2, a big open field with keeps and towers that can taken or defended. 3 pvp/pve dungeons. no time limit on how long you can fight, compared to 30-40 min bg's and 20sec arena's. One of these dungeons can only be accessed if your realm owns more towers then the other 2 realms. 14-16 class's and 7 race's per realm, each with their own abilitys. Oh and some fights can get as big as 100+ vs 100+ vs 100+, where in wow most there is a 40vs40vs(oh no 3rd faction, epic fail)

There aren't 100 ppl playing DAoC, much less enough for 100v100.
How funny that on WoW vault, one of the 5 posts today is for another game.

the only thing that made daoc interesting was having 3 factions.
vanilla wow pvp > daoc
bc wow pvp > daoc
now LK and Cata on the other hand...

All we need is more DAoC trolls... 
They will eventually understand nobody wants to play their crap game anymore and give up... since every human dies one day.

DAOC was wonderful, and I am not going to trash you for trying to get people to play. I wish I could find another game to match it. But there's no way I could go back to the game as it currently stands. Even though I totally understand why some people are still playing (there are days I even consider going back to it), the reality is that it's done. It's certainly not "a crap game"...but it's way out of date.
You'd be better off spending your time trying to lobby game companies to create an updated version before the gaming community is taken over entirely by people whose only memories of PvP involve "honor grinding" in WoW instanced battlegrounds.

I have fond memories of DAoC. But I tried it again a couple of years ago while taking a break from WoW and geez, that game is now clunky, ugly and dated by comparison. WoW has raised the bar. DAoC and many other games are relics. Enjoy your small-scale PVP.

Daoc need's to upgrade its game engine and hud.
A good game, prefer the trial over a wow sub,but wont play unless they make a daoc 2.

I also have fond memories of daoc. It was great, for it's time, and I played it for quite a while.
Going back to it, though... I think we paint it in a better light than it was at the time.
