I pug heal ZG/ZA all the time on my holy priest.Only issue I ever have is bad tanks.Get lucky enough to get a good one and not hard at all to heal em.

You only need 6% for heroics. Not a big deal.
I thought casters needed 17% for PvE?

EJ has hit rated below int, sp, haste, crit and mastery....so this time around it's a stat that isn't really needed for sp

Yup see lots of folks doing this when i pug thru DF. Eh, i dont make a big deal about it, because usually the Heroics go by so fast, and ill never see them again.

Don't know about casters but melee classes do better DPS in pvp gear than the crap PVE gear that drops from normals and quests, so yeah, probably.

The same player that did great in the pvp gear would do better in pve gear. You are missing an entire stat for every piece of gear and the gear is itemized for pvp.

But of course, by then, you don't need to run heroics
