On a side note, if you sign a year's contract, and you get perma banned, what does the fine print say? Do they still try to take your money for a year?
They'd be facing a lawsuit if that were the case, so I doubt it.

you can't even have your CC info removed if you sign up for it, however I doubt they would even attempt to charge anyone

It wasn't a bad apology as far as they go. They did mention others were doing it, but didn't make too many excuses either.

I honestly don't understand how the LFR weights the rolls.
Just had a druid win both of the daggers off the last deathwing encounter, and they already had a 391 staff. How was his need weighted higher than me who has a 370's weapon and several others who still had 333's?
And enough to win both daggers?
