I wonder why anyone cares. The LFR loot is the bottom tier of the 3 tiers of raid loot, so you'd think they would just work on the normal/heroic modes rather than having to do it all over again. Then again, self-flagellation might be something they enjoy. /shrug

seems some people are gettin 3-8 day ban
nothing confirmed but Paragon put an apology on there website *shrug*

Would have no "famous" (aka "no-life"  guild been involved, you can be sure it would have been perma-bans, or at least much longer bans.
This said, 8 days for a guild like paragon must be awful... if Blizzard unlocks the last raid this week, they won't be world first...

Seems to me Blizzards quality control department should be the ones getting docked 3-8 days pay and a thank you letter sent to Paragon for finding the exploit is what should be in order here.

A Blizzard employee most likely gave them the tip to utilize the bug, why bother reporting it when it's probably already known heh

this is WoW where there is millions of videos and addons that help you kill any raid boss. I laugh when people say top guilds because any group of people that has enough time can be a top guild.
that being said it seems like the same "top guilds" exploit every new raid that comes out.

I highly doubt anyone would get perma banned for exploiting. Seriously, it's not about the game, it's about the $$.
On a side note, if you sign a year's contract, and you get perma banned, what does the fine print say? Do they still try to take your money for a year?
