Hi everyone,
I'm a bit new to this forum although I've lurked a bit, but I wanted to offer up an opportunity to earn a 30-day game card for participating in a study in World of Warcraft.
I'm a student at Colorado State, and I'm interning with a large grant team that's studying communication and behavior in online games. We're looking for WoW players to spend about 90 minutes playing a game in WoW and to take a survey before and after. When you finish, you'll get the game card. Easy peasy.
Here are the basics:
You'll download an add-on that conforms to all ToS/EULA requirements, available on Curse!
You'll create a new level 1 toon, which we'll port to Dalaran
You'll spend some time completing a series of quests with a group of 2-3 other players.
You'll have a great time.

Here is what is "communicated" to me with your post:
"Hi, I am a student at CSU, and was too scared or too inept (or both) to major in anything that required Calculus, so please help me obtain a useless degree in "communications" with this useless survey, so that I may work at McDonald's after graduation and complain that I am underemployed."

Sounds like what he "communicated" with you hit a little too close to home. Was your boss at Micky D's really that mean?
