|
20% haste charge with 10% from items and the skalds 15% "ghetto celerity" gets my two hand hammer coming down every 2 sec killing much faster then any pally could dream of without the 2 instant damage spells

to go out of the bubble, i'd definetly reccommend a warden, my rr11 warden can gold aggro of all the keep lords i kill, without assitance. If i was to respec him melee, im sure he could handle very tough mobs, albeit at a slower rate then a focus bubbled pet. Friar would be my generalized reccomendation, they have some diffculty on high level purples because of the to-hit factor going down and them needing to hit to heal, but on yellows and oranges, my friar is only rr6 and i can pull crowded hallways in Laby and just evade and Holy Staff+ Excomm. repeatedly and make it out unscratched. It really depends on your playstyle, whteher you just want best results or some fun and out of the norm ways to get the same results.

i'd think void eldy if you're wanting elementals. target bolt-bolt-nuke should take out the elemental, then base stun the weakened afrits and nuke'em down. just have to be careful walking around ToA on an eldy, but you should have plenty of tricks to kite your way out of most trouble. if you really want a tank type, i don't think you'll manage to kill the weakened afrits all that often.

As an alternative to eldy you could also use a runemaster. Very awesome solo nuker, just no stun. I'll take a long root over a stun in PvE any day of the week though. 
All 3 specs are great for solo as well.

i have a warden, 47 nurt, 39 blunt, 29 sheild, 24 regro, 6 parry, and i solo purple mobs on it. collasals are tough but they die if you play right. use reactionaries dont just spam anytimes, keep heal proc up, save your sheild stun for if you need a heal. at 48 i soloed a mob thats purple to a 50 in shrouded, the mob for the paidrian neck quest. melted like butter. i dont rvr on him much so he is only r3, ra's are mastery of block 2, mastery of parry 2, long wind 1, purge 1, ignore pain 2. if i need to solo farm something big he is my go to toon. if i want to non stop pull yellow and oj then i use vamp. 38 peirce, 38 shadow mastery, 38 vampiric embrace. vamp can pull and never stop. and when my croc tooth procs my casting speed goes through the roof, if you see the proc its claw spammin time.
