I just cant stand caster classes, have tried all of them on every realm but never get past like level 30 and my PC sucks too bad to run a bot account anyways. But with realm buffs for what I want to farm I dont see the need for a bot anyways. I dont like doing mass focus pulls or killing high purple mobs, just single mobs one at a time as fast as possible.
I read the post below but it all seems to revolve around having a bot as well. I prefer farming elementals and those little afrits that run away. Is there any melee that can farm them just as fast as a caster could? Im sure archers could and friars easily but they kill so damn slow. What about Vamps or 2 Handed classes like Champs or Heroes? Do they do enough DPS to kill them fast and also live?

If speed is a priority, vamps are probably the way to go for you. Friars work fine for yellows/ojs, Excom is decent dps for a single target.
A melee warden, with lots of blunt instead of heavy shield, would probably also work fairly well.

Interested in hearing how a warden would kill faster than something like a champ/hero using a 2 hander? Did wardens get an uber DPS buff in the last few years?

On reds and low purples, a pure 2h tank would need a lot more rest than a warden would. A warden with 40+ blunt has some good single-target DPS, plus celerity, DA chant, and endo buff/regen. Not saying they're spectacular, but solid, and a good break from the norm. Also able to handle much higher con mobs than a 2h tank would.

A warden? Definitely. I've seen Ylug solo mobs in Caer Sidi and Galla on his warden.

I've never done a melee warden, but I'd probably go something like 29 shield, 24 regrowth (in-combat HoT is wonderful), 46 nurture, 40 blunt, 7 parry.
I've also used my generic 50 shield/45 nurt/24 regrowth warden (Gaheris rr10, though) as a tank on keeps, when I was messing around with just a chanter/warden duo. Warden was successfully tanking the Glenlock keep lord on his own, no need for chanter pet heals. He even managed to keep aggro a large portion of the later stages of the fight from heal font + heal proc aggro, which was nice.

Thane. Its a hybrid, but with a self str/con buff, and some pbae, ranged aoe, and a couple of DDs. Go shield / sc / weapon so you can swap between a 2h for some front loaded dmg, or shield if you need the dmg mitigation.
This is my answer to the OP in regards to the elementals they mentioned.
To answer in a more broad regard: can anything farm as fast as a pet class such as an enchanter or SM? No.
I understand that some classes can farm well solo at high RR, but they do not kill with the same efficiency and consistency of the pet class casters. No other class is set up to farm across the board like the pet class casters. With buff lines and focus dmg shields for the pet, they can do it faster than any other SINGLE toon, and that faster takes into account downtime between pulls.
I say single since the OP can not run a bot. (in the case he could, then a pet caster PLUS a bot is still the fastest farming duo)
Some of the fastest leveling possible on this server is in PoC with an enchanter focus pulling entire rooms at a time. 0-50 in under 5 hours was Mplodes record, and that was a few years ago before the XP was accelerated. That was with a cleric/enchanter.

I would disagree that in terms of soloers single pulling nothing is faster than a pet class. While pet classes have a great measure of control a fight, in terms or raw solo kills per hour, nothing tops a rejuve tic or an archer. Both have pros and cons, tics have a much higher overall dps while archers who have a pretty good dps themselves do not get their attacks resisted (though an arrow can once in a great while miss). For elementals I would go archer over tic though. For one thing the OP stated they hate cloth casters and tics are a little too close to that (though they can and often do have to melee), and for another with a bow with a stun proc on it (like a ragnarok bow, etc.) you could hold the lesser afrits that spawn from dead elementals in place.
All that being said there's likely no way to kill both lessers that spawn, they both run and usually in opposite directions, which was why the pet class option is the best way to farm elementals. Possibly you could go with a hunter and hope the pet gets a lot of melee crits on one elemental while you shoot the other full of holes
