I gotta say I am severely disappointed with EA right now. I reupped my account and created two brand new ones, and as you all know a new account gets a free month on top of the 15 free days. EA decided to charge me for those two free months instead. I've currently had an escalated ticket open with them since Friday. I'm debating on whether I should even bother sticking around at this point considering this is the second issue in less than a month.

Who told you you get a free month after the 15 days?
The free month deal was only in effect back when you had to buy the game itself.

Heya quaz. Izza here. I find it amusing that the last time I decided to check these boards to see how my old home was doing you were one of the first people to respond to my post and here you are coming back to the game around the same time I was curious about it (ok I'm a month off).
Other than your login Woes how you liking the old place? I haven't done much pay MMO's these days. Life and all that. I play City of heros now that it's free and I tried some of the player run DAOC servers with some enjoyment, but I miss my bonedancer, but not sure If I want to go through all the junk to get back in or not. I can't remember half my account info for my main and I know I can't remember any of my alt account login info at all.

BTW I see that they stopped using camerlothearald, but what happened to all that info that used to be there/ The stuff that told you what guilds were doing what and what the server populations were? Did all that just go away?

I decided to cancel all three of my accounts due to EA's retarded CS department. I actually had a blast in-game, everyone was really nice and offered to help me at every conversation it seemed like. It's a shame I couldn't stick around but I just can't give a company money when they can't be bothered to treat their customers well. Blizzard/Activision is better then the way I was treated.
