In spite of saying I never would. I successfully linked my account and reactivated my game and yet for some reason it keeps telling me that my login or password are incorrect when I try to log into the game. Anyone able to help me figure out what I'm doing wrong so that I don't have to resort to calling them in the morning?
Just an fyi, my EA account has a different login name than my old Mythic account. I've been assuming I still login with my old name so if I'm wrong let me know. I did try to login using the new name to no avail though.
When I was first trying to gain access to my old account I had to reset the password to the Mythic account. Once that was successfully completed I was able to link it to my EA account. Which password am I supposed to use? I've tried the old password I used to have that never worked in the first place, I've tried the new one I made to gain access to the Mythic account, and I also have tried the EA account password and none seem to work.

After I linked I used the same account names and passwords I had originally used. I only used the new EA master account to check on my subs and such.

I had to change my Mythic Master Account password to gain access to my account since I couldn't remember my password but for some reason it refuses to accept the new password. When I use the function you are pointing out I am required to input my old password in order to change it and it refuses to accept the new password I made.
No matter though, I'm now able to call them to get it all fixed.

goodluck im doing the same thing as we speak. 5th call and been on the phone 2hours this last call and nothing yet. exact same problem btw

also as someone said it should be the same password as always, which u had to use to link the account.....so i think something f up'd our passwords! i didnt have this problem with the other accounts i have linked

Quaz if you have any luck pleeaassseee let me know and maybe get the agents name that helped u because i was just on the phone for 2 hours and they couldnt help me and they "escalated" my case and i should receive help within 72 hours. But hey look on the bright side they gave me 50% off coupon on origin...yay (sarcasm)

It took the woman I got over a half hour but she finally found it. You have to explain to the person that the password for your EA account and the password for your DAoC account are two entirely different things, it just defaults your game password to the same as your EA password if you create a new DAoC account. With this knowledge the person you get *should* be able to find the correct spot. They apparently made it very obscure and hard to find in the CSR software.

u got lucky ive called 5 times and never got someone that could help. i always get told someone will call back and they never do......trying again now
