So I usually log in through DAoC with the automatic character launcher, but I just recently wanted to play Gaheris. As I log in to find the server it only recommends me the servers Ywain1-10. I have to manually go to 'Alternate Servers' to find it. It' not really a problem for me but I can't help to wonder how many newcomers to DAoC will just not know of this server existing anymore, lol.. We're kinda' like ghosts now.

Sup Drblu. I have thought about the same thing. The first time I logged onto Gaheris a few weeks ago I couldn't find it either at first and thought to myself "did Gaheris shut down?". Then I found the drop down menu.
Who are your toons on Gaheris?

Honestly someone should write to appeal to Mythic about this,(Like that'l do anything)because the only way I can think of how this wil effect Gaheris is in a negative way.. Sucks. I mainly play Mattwarrior and Limelight, but I get bored so easily when my options of what toon I can play are so vast :o

are you the guy who got kicked out of the LM /as for being a retard and then complained to the GM enough to get your toons's names changed

Do hafta say that it was very petty and small minded of mythic/ea to pull that crap... I guess I should not have expected more from them...
Sad part is it musta been more a priority than adding realm/server info.. just pathetic..
Buy yerself a decaf coffee and some unbuttered toast Mythic.. you really deserve it..

Uhm, no? I'm still in LM in all my toons..Been in it for quite a bit.. I'm guessing theres a similar toon thats cuasing a ruckus?

From Mythic s side I can kind of understand. They don't want new players starting out on what appears to be dead server.
When I first started a couple years ago, I went from 1-50 without ever seeing anyone, but I knew there were people there because of /who. 
They could have at least mentioned Gaheris.

I don't understand it glo, because we are part of the same game and pay the same sub fee.
Besides the game is a mmorpg or at least it used to be. It seems to me EA wants to make daoc another online shooter only with swords and magic. Every step to make pve irrelevant is a step towards the game being an elaborate version of tribes in a fantasy setting (if anyone remembers that game).
I think the most annoying part is they are happy to take our money but act like we aren't as important. They should make a decision and quit riding the fence. Either treat us like all the other paying customers or trim the fat imo.
