they would have to agree on whats best for humanity first and that will never happen with the likes of iran,north korea and china not to mention any number of "countries" in africa. imo america needs to get back to working towards whats best for our country. we should be an example of how governments should be organized and ran... government of the people for the people. until we get back to those principles which made us great things are going to continue to spiral out of control. our government is supposed to defend, perserve and protect the constitution. that means providing defense for the common good and allowing our citizens life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. nowhere in the constitution does it say our government owes us food, housing and medical care.

why is it egocentric to pull together as a nation and work toward goals that are in our common interest?
why do we have to continually put other nations and peoples interest over those of our own people?
i heard on the radio earlier this week that our own president changed his plans and didnt visit the cemetery at omaha beach because the white house was afraid it might offend the germans if he did. WTF??!?! last time i looked the current german government didnt approve of the Nazi Regime that we fought in WWII so wtf would it offend them if he stopped to pay tribute to the 9,000 men and women that are buried there that helped keep Europe free? even if it would offend them WHO THE FOCK CARES??? paying tribute to our fallen service men and women shouldnt be something we need permission from other countries to do EVER!!!!
im not saying we should go out of our way to piss other countries off but imo its high time we started worrying more about what is best for us than whats best for everyone else in the world because frankly from what i have seen in most other countries, ill take what we have as a way of life over just about any other out there!

If everyone worries about what is best for them, then things that are in the common good of all people will not be accomplished because the interests of the 1 always come first. Think of the world as a playground. It helps to place nice with the other children so that you can build bigger and better sandcastles. It's a simple economic lesson. Working towards the greater good, the common weal, is always more economically efficient for all parties concerned than the one working independently, although it may not seem like it at the time.

Well, if Michael Savage says it, it must be true.
Or, you know, we would have had to go out of our way to placate the French and ignore the Brits and Germans requests. It's a shame no one at home was watching for the little nuance so they could meltdown about it later.
