PvP is mostly zerg action, there's not a whole lot of 6vs6 that I've seen. There's always ganking to be had, I found that if I go kill low level mobs in the PvP zone, people will jump me, and I own them, it's pretty fun.

It's the part I hate most.
I do see farmers and bots with funky names grinding mobs, though there are also legitimate players around.

I got to 41 and quit 2 weeks ago on a sorc .. it's really a grind and with the lack of policing of bots anyone using them owns you in pvp. Every level difference is like 10% less chance to hit.. if you hit 10% less damage...10% worse equipement and so on. By the end you fight a guy one level higher and even with the jump it's dicey. The experiance required for each additional level past 40ish is a steep curve. By my estimates it took me 5 weeks to 41 and will take me another 10-13 weeks to 50.
The high game is dependant on pots and scrolls so you will forever need to grind gold or ingrediants to make/buy them and be competitive. The realm ranks are based mostly on who plays the most time. You rank and derank and the highest ranks gives you actual additional abilities and access to super armor. This game is a powerleveler's/unemployed person's dream.

And this is why I decided to wait until I jump into a game again.
I'll stay in WoW & DAoC for now.
I have a few friends in Aion and they aren't making that much off of it. The market is flooded there.
