I think i have to agree with Lexi here... Uroz did pull us all together in beta and get things going. Having "1 butt to kick" is always a good thing. In reality i don't see the GM as much more than a figurehead in this game anyway.. too many type a personalities, and its not like we all need "leading" anyway. Times when it will be nice is any raiding or PVP we do. and then we need one person at the front, not 2 ..

If there is to be ‘split’ leadership then it should be Uruz and Nyd. They both have set this up and established it from the start. If heirchy is to even be considered then it should be those of us that took part in the beta stages alongside them. I recommend only Uruz at the main and if there are to be any discussions or officers it should be those of us whom stood there in the beta stages and kept at an odd number in case a vote is needed and majority ruling can take place. If Uruz even thinks about sharing power, it should be done with Nyd and both / either would have my backing and support. I’d gladly follow Uruz as I’ve not only known him for a long time, trusted him, and he’s always been fair with me.. I see no need to go against him nor is he waving his ‘cock in the hen house’ as he’s started this from the start for everyone and established it before anyone even jumped in.

I knew heirchy would be tossed into the equation sooner or later. Ugh.
