anybody good at making flash logos? if so .. wanna make a "We Remain" guild Logo in flash for the top of the site?

I don't know hot to do Flash, but I can do something in photoshop...I bow to greater skills though.


As for sides, I'm still leaning on defiant, but it does seem like the majority of dark agers are pushing guardian simply because they are the underdog and they don't want to roll with the defiant zerg.

im in agreement with Guardian. Defiant is going to be overpopulated which also has leveling implications

right now the majority are on Belmont server in the alliance faction.

I'm sorry I've been absent as of late so hears what I have to say about what we got going on.


1. Uruz and I will be having a conversation about the direction we will take as far has Defiant/Guardian selection amungts other things.

2. Lexi -- I truely have to say that "We Remain" is one of the greatest guild names I've seen. It's proud, it has symbolism, meaning, and lets people know that we indeed remain. DAoC players had some of the best communities, if not THE best... Even though the game has died out... we indeed remain. Sh*t brought a tear to my eye. Major kudos.

3. Cadin, I can't thank you enough for putting up a guild website... it looks amazing. I'm sure it can use a little polishing but once we get a base of people on there we can take suggestions.. but for now it's awesome. Thank you for taking the initiative to do that, I'll be registered there before the end of the night.


I truely sit around my console of games on my 360 and PS3 not wanting to play ANYTHING at the moment because I am so pumped up for Rift, now I know Rift isn't another DAoC and it will more than likely disappoint most of us in the long term game play (I strongly hope otherwise) but there is something all of us can take out of this as a positive. We will be playing with each other again, for me that is enough to hype me up and I can't wait.


"We Remain" sounds like a good tag all of us to make home.

TY Iron. It means a lot to have been selected for the tag, my friend would be proud. As for a picture of what we need, why get so fancy with flash? Why not just have a screen shot of grave stones of DAOC, and 1 person standing alone or even a soldier placing flowers in Arlington. A lone flag over rubble, a living amongst dead.. etc.. Something symbolic showing that regardless of how many are gone, 1 will always remain (or in this case a group) to remember those that left… be it real life or our gaming adventures. We’ve all been through so much (especially this community). We’ve had real people die, people fake their deaths, people simply vanish, and new faces all the time.. yet in the end.. many of us who’ve known eachother for years… remain. We may have hated each other in the past, fought against each other throughout our times.. but here in a new game.. enemies can join hands… friends can reconnect.. and in the end.. “We Remain.”

My biggest problem is if I want to join or not. My sister really wants to join as do a lot of my rl friends and such via my fb. It’s a debate because we’re all just a tad bit skeptic on having so many people and new faces.. making friends is not easy for everyone.

I look forward to joining everyone in Rift…
