Neg.

Plus, if I do go - it'll be to level a char and sell it right away while the profit remains massive.

From what I saw in the SWTOR beta it was just wow/rift/any modern mmo + bioware dialog trees stuck to quests... which even AoC did before them.

I was kind of hoping it wouldn't be such a carbon copy, but have some of it's own new ideas. I certainly didn't see anything in there, though. So, I won't preorder... I'll wait for player reactions.

FWIW I'm not a person who plays MMO's for story, and I didn't care for previous Bioware games (Mass Effect, Dragon Age) so maybe I am not in the demographic for this thing. Regardless, I just didn't see it doing anything different than any other MMO and I thought for a company with a budget their size it was a bummer.

The next 'mmo' for me is Diablo 3, heh.

Don't get me wrong, my mmo mindset is: hope for the best, expect the worst. But since I am a scifi nut, I have to try it (just like I had to try STO).

I know nothing about Diablo only because I don’t like WoW. I use WoW to profit .. that’s it. I have no loyalty or love for the game. I set my robot up to auto level, auto craft, auto farm, and auto max the trades I pick… and I leave it on. I pvp it non stop for the 85 pvp armor.. and then I sell it. I rinse and repeat. Since I get the expansions for free, I’m only out the first expansion and since I just recommend myself to the game I don’t pay no monthly fee. I make about 150 – 440 a month depending on how long I bot. Every month a new char. Rinse / repeat.

Rift was fun. Rackir, his wife, kloster, Rackirs kids and a few of the Piracy crew / Canadians. We had a great time but the game got stale. I believe Kloster and I were the last ones left and then I just sold. I made good money on that. I should look to see how my char is and if it’s in good hands… I believe it was Syxxx on seascape or whatever it was called. I hope the new owner is making me proud.

I am looking foreward to ‘2’ games. Prime.. because of the 3 realm action. And Planetside 2. I loved planetside. I had such fun in it and when most of the Gawainettes went there when the game was in beta we had fun. I drove the ‘bang bus’ and ran people over, then had my air mech and shot down flyers better than anyone. The Core Expansion made it lame. I didn’t play long afterwards.

Star Wars may not captivate me. Games that have just 1 side against the other never do. I look at those as just profit and that’s it.

Star Trek Online = sucked

Warhammer = FUN to PVE in.. but sucked…

FF 11 = Horrible

AION = Boring… pve fun… pvp… lame.

And my top worst game I’ve ever played award goes to…

Final Fantasy 14…

This game is so bad it makes me want to watch a Cate Blanchett movie and kill myself using a potato skinner, a pair of needlenose pliers and a jackhammer. I hate her and I hated that game.

Star Trek Online space combat was good - sort of reminded me of Starfleet Command (old mmo with a dynaverse ie realm war map that reset once a week). But it was stupid easy to level. I was leveled out in about 2 weeks. And beyond that there was NO content, still isn't.

All the others I've tried had good pve but the pvp was just the same old lopsided 3 minute bg grind.

And whats up with never logging on your NS unless I'm not online?!?!?!

I’m on my ns almost nightly… I just have a lot of chars.. ya gotta understand this is how it goes.

Wrath group – has me on druid.

Burn in He11 has be on – random caster.

Ranger – craft in downtime.

Alb – Either finishing cleric… on my arms.. or duo’ing (laby exploiting) on my necro.

Or crafting on Gaheris.. I mean.. shiznittle.. I have like 400 plat there.. why not craft and LGM random stuff ya know?

Mordred – work on my necro.. yeah I know it’s dead there.. which means I can level alone without having to deal with people.

Or I hope on Mid and rvr on my BD, Warrior, Zerker, or Savage. I need to level my Warlock’s CL to Cl 5 so he’s “complete”

So it’s hard to find me.. the best way to find me is to ask anyone in Wrath (Hibernia) if I am on.

I am either in Wrath / Burn in Hell vent… or Eastern Wind vent.. or random vents telling corny 1 liners until I get booted.

edit:

I will sell any of the games I mentioned that I no longer care about if interested
