Before I left for the Army I found that Speed was always better than any energy drink...Just a thought.

I am a HUGE fan of Amp. I usually stick to the Blue or the Purple, however. The regular amp (dark green can) is good, and it comes in sugar free (silver/green can). There's also Overdrive (Red can, cherry flavored, but I think it's a little strong), Relaunch (orange can), Traction (purple can), and Elevate (blue can)


Most energy drinks are an acquired taste though. I used to drink Full Throttle before I switched to Amp. I can drink 2 or 3 Amps and be good to go, where 2 or 3 FT's would have me bouncing off the walls before I crashed and burned.

There are two reasons I drink energy drinks. 1. Hangover remedy. 2. Friday pre-party prep. If I've been up since 5:15 a.m. I want to be able to stay up late enough to enjoy the party.

Red Bull is best for the hangover remedy since it's effects don't last very long. Monster is best for pre-party because it fills you up and it's effects lasts much longer.
