Yeah, he is really mellow compared to the edited versions of Hell's Kitchen. Even the British version of Kitchen Nightmares is more mellow then the US version. A bit of a different format between them as well. Not as much physical remodeling in the British, a lot more Kitchen Cleaning, Menu, and Staff.

So I finally got to watch this weeks eppy today and I am SO GLAD Ben finally got the boot! That guy is a schemer and imo was the reason the guys continually did so bad week after week. He was negative and always blaming everyone else for HIS mistakes.
I really think Rosann should go home next week. She's dead weight.

I don't think poorly of Ben, I think he has been out of the kitchen too long. From statements made in episodes it sounds like it has been 2 years since he worked in a kitchen.
Matt is a dillweed. Now he finally steps up and performs after weeks of mediocrity. I gained a lot of respect for Petroza. He may not be a kitchen guru, but he has integrity. So far, I like Petroza and Cristina on the womens team. She may be young, but she has not been backstabbing. Jen showed her true colors. Bobby is a dillweed. Louross is in the middle, Rosann needs to go, and I am not sure about the other gals.

I wasn't impressed from the beginning. I would not be surprised if Fox decides this is the end of Hell's Kitchen, at least for a while.
This week was pretty straight forward. Matt showed that he really is a dillweed, back to his old crap performance.
Jenn needs to be knocked down a few pegs bigtime. She is a self-centered egotistical moron. Last week with her little pouting about being yelled at when she tried to recall the ticket as if she were running the pass, this week a lying little witch and again on the selfish train, taking ingredients without talking out dishes in the challenge.
I feel sorry for LouRoss though, Bobby threw the veal on him part way through and "oh, just do surf and turf". He wasn't happy with it and should not have just thrown it on the plate. why didn't Jen take it on hers then if it was "no big deal".
I think Christina is too young for an executive chef position. She has talent, knowledge, and passion, but needs more experience. Bobby may be an executive chef, but he really is a wanker. LouRoss has passion, not sure about experience though. Petroza, he has the experience, but not in a kitchen like this. Jenn is a twirp. Corey has shown talent and skill, and yes, she is playing the game to a degree, but has not done anything really outright backstabbing or two-faced that I can recall.

None of these people seem like chef material to me but when the HELL are they going to finally get rid of Matt? That guy always looks like he needs a laxative or some Preparation H or something.
