So, I wonder if a woman will be elimited and the replacement is a woman.
Such a disappointing week in terms of who goes home. But at least the women are proving the moniker Hell's ******* is warranted!

Well what a joke I thought for sure they would bring in a new chef, but NO! I do not like Matt!! I feel sorry for the girls now, lol. Poor Shayna, he should have sent him home instead of her. She might have been slow, but he's a complete idiot.

Yep, I thought last week's preview meant someone else was coming in. They had another completed service but are still highlighting the screwups so I'm wondering how they'll ever start to make someone shine.

Well, Bobby hasn't really messed up much if you think about it. He's done pretty well there. He's a little egotistical, but he does what he has to do get people their food.

Bah, such a let down!
Bobby from what they have shown only steps up when it makes him look good, or he thinks it will make himself look good. His whole leadership approach in the first service was hands-off. Matt got damn lucky. Shayna was extremely slow, definitely not a character trait needed in a fast-paced kitchen.

saw an interview on a show called The Hour with Gordon Ramsey and he's quite a bit different in an interview than he is on his shows. Much more jovial and talkative. The interviews are probably up on the website at cbc.ca/thehour but I'm not going to link it since they probably took the profanity bleeps off the internet version.
