Well, another season down and I honestly thought it would go the other way.
Just when I thought I was done with a show I see that Hell's Kitchen UK will be starting up in the middle of July.

I was happy she won. I felt bad for poor Petrozza though. He will for sure find a great opp to be a chef somewhere nice though. Jen was SUCH A BRAT tonight! I'm NOT going to miss seeing her snotty tude on my TV every week. Matt was even more psycho than normal!
Is Hells Kitchen UK on the BBC Channel or a different one? I'd love to watch it heheheeh

How do either Jen or Matt ever expect to get a job after this show? If I was a boss, I'd never have either of them in my company.
I was a bit surprised that he picked Christina, but I am sure Petrozza will find some nice work after this.

I thought it truly could go either way. However, with the statement of long-term views that Gordon has, Christina makes the obvious choice. Both performed admirably and are destined for great things. Christina is young enough to mold and if she does well her first year, I can see her being the longterm Executive Chef for Gordon.
Jen and Matt I hope have very difficult futures.  Jen was such a twit. Can't even do a freakin Onion Ring!  
I have not seen a commercial for Hell's Kitchen UK, but they have been showing commercials for the return of Kitchen Nightmares.
