dude --- sorry, I meant it in the "non-gender specific" way
one day i'll learn how to make noodles
but right now i cheat ... i use linguine --- i used to use fettuccine, but i thought the noodles were too big and ended up a little on the soggy side

I use no yolk egg noodles, but that's because I'm too lazy to make home-made noodles.

Yeah, they're alright, but you can't cook them forever, obviously. They're not as good as home-made, but they suffice.

i just bake em on a tray in the oven. works well with regular and sweet potatoes as long as u cut em thin enough. that is the key. slice em thin and salt and pepper.

You need to fry potatoes they because raw potatoes don't cook completely if you fry them at 375, they get done too quick.
Fry them first at about 310 until they're cooked through and then fry them at 375 to get them crispy.
The frozen fries you buy in a store have already had the first step done.
Yeah thank you Mc Donalds one of their potato vendors discovered and perfected this process that is why their fries are golden and always look and taste the same.
