What I find completely hilarious is this guy actually did attend PAX East several times - and never once made the connection between "Penny Arcade" and... Penny Arcade eXpo???

Awful, awful, deceptive product. Broke the day I got it...poor, cheap construction. Difficult as it is to believe, customer service from this company is even worse. Also I threw up after using it for the brief moment I could before some of the pieces broke off...related???

Twice, really.
After being essentially ignored twice.
Serves the seller right. This will (and already does) happen more and more with social tools and the net. And it should. "Community" is now more virtual, less vocal.
This went a long way toward convincing me Penny Arcade is a community I want to be a part of as regards gaming/gamers.
