Uh - whut?
The Earth has a few billion years left to it - and it only took ~350,000 to go from Australopithecus to Human so... what the hell have you been smoking?
The idea that bees or bugs will be next is also ludicrous. They haven't the body mass to do it and unless the planet devolves to the point where oxygen levels get to about quadruple what they are now they never will.
Probably some species of primate.

ha what a joke. Humanity evolved in just three million years from lower animals. The earth has a couple BILLION years left in it before the sun goes red giant

Not true. Life will be possible for another two billion years at the very least. In two or three billion years conditions here will be so hot and radioactive that perhaps life will be extinquished.
In that amount of time civilizations like ours could rise or fall multiple times from basically nothing

I think man's greatest legacy will be the created intelligence we leave behind.
I do not think we will ever leave this planet as a species, but I do think we have a good chance of creating an intelligence capable of traveling out into space and possibly seeding life on distant planets.
