Hard to say. At this point, if humanity goes, we're set to take a bunch of other species down with us...
Then again, that's usually the tale of any extinction even that takes out the entirety of the most advanced, widespread life form.

On a realistic note, most likely chimpanzees. They're pretty similar to us in many ways, and should humanity not be around to impede them, they'll most likely form civilization similar to ours (or not).
