I attended a very interesting Jack Horner lecture last year wherein he was discussing the real possibilities of manipulating chicken DNA to recreate dinosaurs. He also detailed his studies in ontogeny of various dinosaur fossils that revealed that several known species may in fact be different stages of maturation of a single species. Very interesting.

But in a way your right. College doesn't really matter. I'm just doing it for the money  not only am I getting it 1/2 price but my work pays for the rest. Its optional. Most of the crap they try to teach I ignore. Its one sided

Uhm, you don't need to manipulate anything. That's a modern day dinosaur. Aves is a subset of Saurischia which is itself a subset of Dinosauria.

I see a chicken and no reason to think it came from anything other than a chicken. I might believe you if you could take that chicken and turn him into a t-rex. But we all know you can do any of that. Or take that chicken and somehow make him "evolve" into something different. But again science can do neither.
