We pay them to breed now with programs like WIC. If the US had a 1 child only policy for WIC you won't have moms coming in with 15 kids looking for a handout.
Well we cant punish the children, its not their fault. Theyre completely innocent n the matter.
The kids wouldn't be born in the first place, once the free ride goes away.

life as a wrecking-ball is easy. whats the alternative plan?
starving children? foster homes? abortions? government mandated child limits? What? You tell me. Most solutions are unpalatable.
Wouldn't the libertarian stance be to let the kids starve/die or hope somebody else notices, takes pity and helps? That is their position on many things that welfare covers. True survival of the fittest.

I already said what I would do. Pay poor people not to have children. We could save a little money from the get-go and save a ton of money in the long run.

Some people wouldn't skip children if you offered them $billions. Others will agree to a vasectomy or tubal ligation for $500 or less. We'd save a ton of money if we got even 20% of the poor to agree. And for a few $thousand I bet we could get up to 50%.
You have no basis for your theory that we'd have to pay more than we pay them to have children.

No, you just have to pay them in a lump sum, because people are bad at math. Same idiots that spend their paycheck on scratch-off lottery tickets every week.
A welfare kid costs us several hundred thousand by the time it grows up to be a welfare mom. But I bet welfare moms would be lined up waiting to take $10k to get fixed.
