The fact is Reagan talked about reducing the size of government and it grew massively under him.
Bush Jr also grew the government massively and spent like a madman and he vetoed zero republican big spending pork bills.

Neocons lie. It is what they do best. We got nothing out of Rayguns "win" agaist Russia except even more spending and dangers. Now there is another election and they worry about debt!
