I left my fillets out to thaw and forgot about them over night |
This morning they were completely defrosted and just slightly cooler than room temperature. Can I still use them? They are fillets, so they are definitely worth at least some risk of death by shitting and puking.

quit being a pussy and just eat it..... in field training food gets much dirtier than that and most soldiers dont die......

If you buy fish from the store you've more than likely had fish that has sat out longer than that.

I hate it when I do that. I'm weird about food and (potential) bacteria. If I do that, I always throw them away.
