It depends on what I'm cooking. Olive oil is almost a must for many Mediterranean dishes. I think canola oil is better for higher temperatures though.

Most likely it will all go the same way diplomatically, even if reluctant.
It would be sweet if China showed up and plopped a couple ships into our convoys (with permission, of course). No way Iran would fire on the US, NATO, the EU, and China. The prudent move then would be for Iran to 1) piss themselves and 2) voluntarily hand over their shite. Being insane backwards-thinking religious primitives, however, they'd probably just hole up inside their borders until our ships went away.
