I feel the same about most of the people who post here. I guess we can all suffer together. I find no issues with arguing with you so called "educated" people. You lack common sense with all the knowledge you think you have lol. Its hillarious.

I don't see why he has to show up. If they're just fighting over the definition of "natural born citizen" there's no reason he needs to be there. It's just a civil suit. There's no reason to have the parties to a civil suit actually in the court room if they don't want to be except in very specific circumstances.
It sounds like a runaway partisan state court judge having delusions of grandeur.

Can you give us any examples of this 'common sense' you speak of?
To me it's common sense that Obama shouldn't nor wouldn't appear before a court that is trying to redefine the definition of the phrase 'Natural Born Citizen'. Doubly more so because it isn't even with the authority of said court to define...

The judge ordered him to appear in court. Either the judge has the authority to do that or he doesn't. Period. Which is still up for debate apparently? It shouldn't be so complicated but it's a shining testament to our laws and legal system I guess.
