Its funny the RWNs didn't care about the constitution when GW Bush and Chaney literally without twisting the constitution at all were not the winners of the 2001 election(they were both living in Texas and could not legally receive the the electoral votes from Texas) but now they want to twist the constitution for their own(bigoted) purposes.There have been 5 presidents before Obama that had one immigrant parent and one whose both parents were immigrants,this is not a real issue.

Hey - Cheney changed his state of residence to Montana.
True not in time for the Texas votes, so they shouldn't have been on the ballot, shouldn't have counted and blah blah - but he did change his official state of residence!

If it wasnt and he was innocent and a natural born citizen he wouldn't have a problem showing up to prove to the people he was legit. The only people that hide are those that have something to hide. The case is about the definition of a 'natural born citizen'... Why do you think Obama has to be there for a court to decide this?
