This is a euphemism for 'a hole in the ground'.
Dangerous dogs should be put down. There are plenty of very sweet dogs that need homes. Dogs who are assholes should be done away with and the good ones given homes instead.

that's a fat hound...
There are no "Bad Dogs" just bad owners, this one may be too late to save however.
Had a friend once that shot a dog mid jump that was attacking him, he had years of legal troubles... just sayin

It could just be prey drive and not aggression, the main worry is that a little kid's behavior could kick in prey drive. My male Husky has killed a couple of cats over the years, along with birds, squirrels, and even a possum. He's never been anything but a giant teddy bear with people even when my daughter uses him as a couch.
