If its already killed a cat then yes... either be ready to shoot it or like was said call animal control and say it killed your cat.
I like the breed when its raised responsibly, but in this case I think its to late for the dog already.

Yep. And the poor cat was mangled. Head ripped off, blood, guts and fur all over the place. It looked like Bonk's last date!

A white lady, her cousin and two half black kids own it and are not good, responsible owners at all. The one boy walks around and tries to threaten people with it alredy. They leave it off the leash sometimes and it just killed a cat in the alley. There are at least a dozen elementary skool aged kids on my block....

The vet bills will cost them as much as any local fine AND the problem will be eliminated too.
It sounds like these people are really responsible. Do you actually think they will take it in to the vet? 
It's sad when useless people have pets, especially pets that could harm someone. I would call the police/SPCA whatever and report them. The dog is dangerous and should be in a home where it has structure and love.

Don't poison animals. It's wrong..even if the dog is a murderer. Animal control will take care of him properly.
