Pitbull 3 houses away

A white lady, her cousin and two half black kids own it and are not good, responsible owners at all. The one boy walks around and tries to threaten people with it alredy. They leave it off the leash sometimes and it just killed a cat in the alley. There are at least a dozen elementary skool aged kids on my block....
And I'm getting an itchy trigger finger!

The police dept and animal control in a nearby large city have commercials on tv about pitbulls being a dangerous breed and if one is seen off a leash to call the police immediately. I'm sure this will outrage some pitbull fanbois but it is true.
My daughter has already said that the neighborhood kids are afraid of this dog. I don't even think it's a year old yet but it's close. And... yes, I have every intention of emptying a clip of Hydrashock into the damn thing the first time I see it off a leash this spring.

 +  = them paying monies to take him to the vet and he still dies.
The vet bills will cost them as much as any local fine AND the problem will be eliminated too.
