You need 2 items for wiping.
1. Sears and Roebuck catalog. (don't laugh, I've lived around Ava in the Ozarks where this still was normal as a kid)
(and the next if you don't have S&R laying around)
2. Corncob set. 2 red and one white cob.
Use one of the red cobs. Then use the white one to see if you need to use the other red one.

That was a primary use of the Sears Robuck catalog in the Old West Friar lol
