Haven't really developed a taste for any of these yet. Maybe I'll try some of your recommendations.

Vodka drinkers, give Swedka a try.
It's low in price and surprisingly good.
Bushmills is decent for cheap Irish Whiskey.
Elijah Craig makes a good bourbon for the money.
I'm currently going through a bottle of Glenlivet 12 Scotch (also decent for the money). Next time I'm gonna try their 18y.

Cognac - Tesseron
Whisky - Laphraoig
Bourbon - Rock Hill Farms
Vodka - only drink it mixed, so it really doesn't matter to me much which kind.

Cognac: don't drink it
Whiskey (scotch): don't drink it
Whiskey (bourbon): Jim Beam if I'm mixing, Knob Creek if I'm sipping, Wild Turkey for mixing and Jack Daniels for sipping as second choices
Vodka: any - doesn't matter - rarely drink vodka
Rum: don't drink it
Tequila: Patron Anejo
Gin: Beefeater in a martini (2 olives, keep the lemon peel pls), Bombay Sapphire in a G&T (extra lime), Tanqueray if I can't get either of the other two
