I'll go with:
Cognac, Remy Martin: 
Whiskey, Glenkinchie: 
Bourbon, Pappy van winkle: 
Vodka, I like this one it's a bit different called Zubrowka it's a Polish vodka that tastes the way newely cut grass smells, it's like distilled summer: 
Rum is a hard one for me I'm a bit of a noob so I'll just got with Captain Morgan spice gold, I like it with ice if you got any to recommend please inform me I'm always open to new things.

None of them. They are all too hard for me.
I do have mixed drinks occasionally on dates but not at home

I drink Bushmill's Irish Whiskey.
I don't do cognac or brandy. I will drink some bourbon on occassion (as long as it ain't Jack Daniels...that stuff is crap). Vodka has no point but to get people drunk, imo. I have no real use for it. Rum? I like Bacardi Gold a bit. I'm not really a snob about rum. Captain Morgan is a bit sweet for me.
Why no question on scotch? I'm surprised. (I usually will have Chivis Regal, but I'm not much of a scotch drinker. I'd like to try a bit of Johnny Walker blue label once just to see what the price is all about, lol)
edit: I just noticed your top drink WAS scotch, even though it wasn't listed in the title.

and I actually really like Bushmill's myself it's uncomplicated and a very nice drink with ice
