This is basically what I'm starting with.. I took a template from a company that builds computers and tweaked it a bit, since it's 6 years since I built my last computer I'm going to let the pro's handle that..

This is what I have come up with so far:

Chassis: Corsair Graphite 600TM Midi Tower black

Power supply: Corsair TX V2 650W PSU -I'm unsure if 650w is enough

Processor: Intel® Core i7-2600 Processor -I thought about the K model but decided against it since I do not intend to overclock my rig.

Motherboard: MSI Z68A-GD65 (Gen3), Socket-1155 -I've always like MSI boards..

Memory: Corsair Vengeance DDR3 1600MHz 16GB CL9 -Thought about going 32gig, seems excessive.

Graphics card: MSI GeForce GTX 560Ti 2GB PhysX -I thought about going for the Gainward version or simply getting a beefier card.. This seems to be quite enough, I can always upgrade later.

As HD's I'm using the Western Digital SATA from my old rig and my old Corsair SSD..

and at around 1 200€ or 1 577$ it's a pretty sweet deal, anything I should add or change?

at a glance and from memory it seems too expensive IMO at $1500 for what you are getting

i think it's easy enough to do yourself

p.s. i don't see a ram fan or a cpu cooler

Well it's hellishly expensive to buy electronics in Sweden.

They include a cpu cooler in the build, I have no idea what they are using however.

RAM cooler? They need coolers? The tower by itself has two 200mm fans and another one at 120mm.

Def improve your cooling situation like weird-face-guy says. I had a liquid cooler for my last system and it was well worth it: almost completely silent cooling that had better cooling than those systems that sound like a Harrier jet taking off.

16gb should be plenty for the near future. I have a measly 6gb and it's usually sufficient with not much HD grinding. The SSD you mention should make grinding even less of an issue.

just hope it isn't the stock cooler that comes with the cpu...they tend to suck pretty bad

This is a lot more complicated then it used to be, I'm getting to ooold for this shit..

I dunno about the vid card, feels kinda stupid to pay 700 dollars for a graph card which will cost half of that within 2 years..

why on gods green earth does the MSI GeForce GTX 570 1280MB PhysX cost more then the MSI GeForce GTX 560Ti 2GB PhysX? I mean the GTX 570 has less RAM power then the 560i they both run DDR5

The Mobo is fine supports the 1600mhz of the RAM and it can handle 32gig if I feel like it.

I do not like liquid cooling it's always gone against every fiber of my being to have any sort of liquid in a computer..

I'm not that worried about noise, my computer is not in my bedroom. I'm pretty sure the corsair tower will take care of most of it.

I thought about that too, everything in the rig is currently set for about 550mhz.. 650 should be enough.

because the gpu in the 570 is more powerful than a standard 560 ti

i bought an evga 560ti 448 core classified .....its a 570 chip on a 560ti board.....it is every bit as powerful as a stock 570 and is about $50 cheaper than a 570 and about $50 more expensive than a standard 560ti

they are fantastic cards for the money...

p.s. and this isn't as complicated as it used to be....things are much more simple now IMO....

your system as listed is fine...but insist on an aftermarket coolermaster cpu cooler and you should be golden...

the reason i mentioned the video card at all is because of the large upgrade to virtually a 570 for just $50 extra if you get a 560ti 448 core

p.p.s your psu should be fine but you could always be a little on the safe side and go with a 750w because they become about 20% more inefficient over time
