I'm not supposed to argue about things on the Outpost in the specific threads made for the issue? I should do it in say Cawlin's gun threads or Reeses global warming threads? I think you had a tad much of that cool-aid of yours, or you should just quit the Outpost.
I'm sorry that my viewpoint does not agree with you. As for 'phelpsian' <--better word then phelpsing imo, I drop a few inflammatory remarks here and there and that is all in the spirit of the Outpost.
However I do not propagate violence or even demonstrations of any kind; I agree with the right to religious freedom. I have also never expressed a wish to convert religious people from your religion.. All I want is for you to agree with me that magic is stupid and that the whole notion is retarded, if you keep on believing after that is no concern of mine.. Whatever makes you happy

Astrology has no validity at all. It's factually untenable.
Religion, being faith based, doesn't need validity. That's the beauty of it, to the religious. You never have to 'prove' anything.

They are equally invalid because they are based on the same flawed epistemologies. Religious people have no better idea if what they are saying is valid than any astrologist. They literally make it up as they go along.
