Hey, if they are actually able to deliver, I for one would love to help them profit.
I agree, I'm just laughing because he could have written "Make DAoC 2" instead of completely describing the DAoC system in detail as if it was new, different and possibly even a revelatory concept.

That has been their response to pretty much all time frame questions. The press is getting into beta this weekend, but they will have a week or two NDA cause Arena Net doesn't want them playing for a couple hours then writing hype articles without experiencing the game.

I was reading their Reddit Q&A and DAOC was brought up many times.
A handful of employees jumped on to say that DAOC is their favorite PVP mmo ( some of them still play apparently)

There's too much I heard about GW2 that I don't like. Lack of dedicated healer classes and arcadefication of combat are two examples.

There is no perfect game. If this is like DAOC in many ways it will be uber for many DAOC players of the past

You mean being able to dodge attacks and not everything being able to hit you like homing missiles is a bad thing ? since when ?
