You would never admit you got debunked.
You key instead on one item that is debatable, and ignore the rest, declaring the whole article as a lie.
Navy Times backed up the general assertion of the Original Article: Future retirees (which are current active duty members) will see reduction in benefits if the proposed budget changes go through.
And BOTH the original Article and the Navy Times cite various Veterans groups as being against the proposed reductions.
You would never admit you got debunked when you claim the WHOLE THING is a lie.
Thats okay, I can live with that.

I think there needs to be a common sense approach to medical benefits. I wouldn't be happy about paying a monthly fee for my wife but I would understand it, other federal employees do. -This should be paid by pay grade/family size.
If you've lost an appendage/massive trauma medical care automatic to you and your spouse and minor children for life.
After retirement pay what ever the national average is for your size family (children 17 and under) for health care, until 68 then have the payment removed. If you live within 50 miles of a VA or military hospital you must be treated there for routine check-ups and services they offer.
