The Constitution grants me the right to free expression. But I know that if I call a group of tough looking black youths the N word and talk about their mothers that I deserve the beating I'd get. I have the right to say whatever I want and you have the ability to beat me with a lead pipe and I have a brain which should remind my first amendment rights of realistic consequences of self expression.

Freedom of Speech means Freedom of Speech.
It doesn't mean that if you say stupid shit that people then get to go whackjob on you.
Not that they did in this case and I can see the fine line here with the Judiciary but come on it's a goddamn parade. Who heckles people at a parade?

Can I open up a little bacon cheese burger cart in front of the mosques?
I heard there is a big crowd outside of these mosques after their services (which are like ten times a day, helllo!!!!). And I know how breakfast places near churches are always busy on Sundays (and some of them are also busy Wednesday nights, maybe a martini bar?).... I was thinking since they get out of their martyr indoctrination courses, in the afternoon, they might need some pick me up, some energy, a pre-meal snack if you will...
Anyway, I think I could turn this into a chain cart place thing and make tons of mad cash!!!

The principle is. I should make it clear that I support the guy's right to dress as zombie Mohammed or what ever he did and it was stupid of the other guy to attack him. If there had been an injury, I fully support the attacker being charged and tried. But, it seems that the worst that might have happened is a guy got shoved. Something like that should never end up in Court.
If the typical Outposter was a judge and some guy came in whining that a mean guy had shoved him because the first guy was making fun of him, the lecture would have been very similar to what the judge said...man up, you wimp.

i have no problem with anyone dressing up as anything they want, whenever they want.
