The argument is about allowing government to steal from taxpayers to fund them when they have no legal authority to do so.

Heh... Limbaugh is the biggest jackoff douche out there. I saw this golf show where this training pro who has worked with touring professional golfers goes and does a few lessons with other "celebrities" such as Bill Cowher and so forth. Anyway, there was an episode where the guy was working with Limbaugh. The guy is trying to get Limbaugh to do this drill where he's swinging a certain way, just to see or correct some issue with Limbaugh's swing and Rush is bitching up a blue streak the whole time:
"The whole point of this is for me to be hitting golf balls, I'm not hitting golf balls right now, what's the point." and on and on and on and on... what a fkn tool lol.

If one listens to Rush, the crux of the argument is taxpayer funding for contraceptives something not allowed by the Constitution. So while his "shocking statement" is what statists like Reese what you to argue about .... the real arguemtn is

WTF are you talking about.
The god damn bill wasn't about government funding contraceptives, it was about allowing any company to decide what their health care plan would cover. A business owner could decide he didn't want to cover diabetes medication because it is against his morals to keep sick gimps alive, or he didn't want to cover HIV screening because gay people should all die...it had absolutely nothing to do with government funding.
Santorum doesn't want to get rid of government funded contraceptives, he wants to outlaw all of them, not even let you buy them on their own.
The GOP position doesn't have a god damn thing to do with children getting contraceptives or the government paying for contraceptives, it's about keeping people from getting them even if they want to pay for them.
For fucks sake....
