I agree that the South is the most racist part of the country. This is probably because of its criminal past of having slaves, aparteid, and going to war against the US government in order to try to break away so that they could keep their slaves. Pure evil I say. EVIL.

I lived in Jacksonville for a year and moved simply because everyone kept saying things like Jesus loves you...no thanks.

My cousin went to school in Jacksonville and while he was there he ran a bus ministry for a holy roller baptist church that bussed inner city people to the church. Its very religious in that town for sure
The pacific NW is one of the least religious and most educated places in the US. Its the best place in the nation to live!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

People like to live where they like. Big city urban life isnt for everyone.
then I would move to Key West or hell even Pittsburgh its no big deal. Living in places like the homophobic south seems like torture for someone who is gay.
Theres some parts here in FL that welcome and openly support gays like Orlando and Disney where they will host parades for LGBTs. A lot of LGBTs live in the urban parts of FL too like Tampa, Miami, etc., just to name a few. Don't get me wrong though FL is as red as any other right wing state if not redder.
