The pic is more or less true, God will be the one doing the judging souls and we mortals should be taking care of everyone regardless of "situation".
I am not sure what is has to do with a Christian speaking out against ideals that are immoral to them.

That's judgement.
Jesus doesn't want you walking around telling everyone what they're doing wrong.
He wants you to help them and be kind to them.
Speaking out against behavior you might not like does not do anything to help them, and it is not going to bring anyone closer to Jesus. Especially when that behavior isn't hurting anyone and it doesn't involve you.

It's a lot more than a small handful. Maybe where you live it is that way, but the vast Christians I have met, in various parts of the country, are not for homosexuality. Some may be polite and treat me normally, but in their view I am a sinner and god definitely isn't going be happy with me. They're brainwashed by their bigoted spiritual leader in most cases.
You can't paint it as a small minority misrepresenting the view of the many. It is not that way.

I mean several verses are in the bible about homosexuality. But not just on homosexuality. And calling a sin a sin is not judging. However saying someone is going to hell is. The only one that knows that is Jesus and the person. But the bible says what a believer is and how one should conduct themselves. And in no way anywhere in the bible is ANY sin condoned for any reason.
