Testerion has never spoken with a black person. He is like Europe's version of an Appalachian hillbilly with no teeth from too much mountain dew. I would take what he says with a big grain of salt.
Israel does discriminate against non-Jews, though, to some extent. The most notorious example being how Jews and non-Jews arn't allowed to marry eachother in Israel.

Not to forget different licence plates for Jews and non-jews, Rabbis officially ordering their followers not to rent Israeli land to gentiles, Israeli government not acknoweledging religious sites of non-jew origin as government sanctioned holy sites...Israeli companies are allowed legally advertise "100% hebrew labor", "law of return" only applies to white jews, National Sports teams often refusing nonjew athletes over the fear of their fans abandoning them...etc etc
