Maybe liberals get offended more easily. 
In any case, if you're going to spam political crap on Facebook, you need to make a list and only send it to people that are likely to agree with you. |

Anecdotally, right wingers are far more likely to spam political talking points than left wingers. There seem to be far more B-T type spammers out there, for example, than bizarre left wing spammers. On my guild's forum, the only one who regularly posts political stuff is a far right winger.
The only things I've blocked are Farmville and 21 Questions spam.

I told off and un-friended somebody for that very image. I'm not a supporter of Obama and think he's just as bad as Bush was but I don't tolerate associations with racists.
I don't think that makes me a liberal.

Pretty much this. I'm liberal by most standards; however, the ONLY reason I'd block a conservative strictly based on political views, is if they're only posting bigoted crap and nothing of any real substance. At that point, it's not even debate material, it's just retarded and I am not wasting my time listening to how women should go back to being unable to vote, or hold a job, or how anyone who isn't white should be 'lesser' than everyone else, or removed from the US regardless of citizenship, etc. I just don't tolerate that well.

The only time I ever blocked anyone on facebook when I cared about it was some big fat black guy who used to send me messages saying "Hey big sexy, how's it hanging" and other similar things

I just unfriended someone for posting too much nonsense on my wall.
It wasn't political nonsense - it was just nonsense... I didn't really even know the person, just accepted their friend request thinking whatever. Then the bitch just non stop posts this weird crap to every post I make or any post someone else posts on my wall...

Talking to most conservatives reminds me of talking to ignorant,hateful, spoiled rotten,racist children ,I just don't have time for them. If you want to be included in serious adult conversations you must first act like an adult that is capable of having a serious conversation.
