Has to be Black and White II for me. I was actually excited to unbox it and play it, I just KNEW that they devs got this one right after falling short in the first version. The sequel sucked even harder than the original

I was thinking B&W II also when I read the title of the thread. I really did like the first one. It's just that it became unmanageable by the end of the game. You're trying to protect / raise a village while getting fireballs thrown at you from the AI, which would destroy all the progress you made, and you'd get stuck...the AI wasn't aggressive enough to completely wipe you, but you could never build up enough to match them.

B&W II sounded interesting, but the whole mechanic of having your beast raise its own child was terrible. I think I made it about two hours into the campaign until the AI came by and suddenly "charmed" half my army and used it to fight against me. I uninstalled it and never played it again after that.

Warhammer Online.

This one will be a popular choice on this board because it received so much hype here and people here were at the time starving for DAOC-like PVP

It is a good example of why I am a late adopter when it comes to games. I avoided this steaming turd entirely
