I do hate when some religious people use their beliefs to try to create laws to limit everyone's freedom based upon what they think everyone should do...or not do.
Oh, and I also hate when people use "god said so" as a reason for anything.
In short, I hate religious nut bags, American Taliban and their ilk. Has nothing to do with their religion, has everything to do with them trying to force me to follow the tenets of their particular faith.

What 'belief' do Atheists have to be challenged?
I really don't think you understand what you are talking about.
An Atheist is a person without a belief in a God - hence the name 'A' without 'theist' belief in God. A Theist is a person with a belief in a God an Atheist is a person without a belief in a God.
How does one go about challenge the lack of something?
