i hate to burst your bubble again, but the witness account you reported isn't "fact" - as desperate as you might be to accept it as such without that whole critical thinking aspect.

In my situation, Zimmerman would have looked elsewhere for easier prey to harass ( if that was what he was doing) .. just like killers go to schools where everyone is unarmed becuase its easy pickings there

Responses like that and people like you make a good case why firearms should be removed from the hands of the public.

How would Zimmerman know you have a gun? Remember, he has a gun too - as soon as you flash your gun he's going to take that as a threat and pull his out. Now, what do you do

it doesn't verify Zimmerman's story - the only thing it suggests is that if the witness is credible, then Martin got the upperhand in the scuffle that ensued after Zimmerman followed and confronted Martin. it certainly doesn't verify Zimmerman's claim that he attacked him when he was trying to get back into his car.
