Well thankfully, trials are based on facts, sworn testimony, and evidence, not unsupported suppositions
Also if this is a racist neighbourhood, would it be so far to imagine that the supposed witness is sympathetic to ZImmermans cause and will lie under testimony ?
Its not as if that hasn't happened before in Amerika.......

I do and whether you are right or wrong is irrelevant .. since even if someone should call you a name .. if you strike him for it .. he is still innocent of a crime and you are guilty.

i hate to break it to you BT, but even if this witness is verified and Trayvon somehow managed to get the upper hand on Zimmerman in their scuffle, it was Zimmerman who confronted Trayvon and initiated the conflict.
the "stand your ground" law does not apply.

Egging someone on while you have a gun and are more than happy to use it to kill with is at very least evil. And I am willing to bet that the law will find just cause to indict ZImmerman if he is clearly a racist out to kill.
Also I think you are skirting the issue here, sorry but this post of yours has made me think less of you. Zimmerman is clearly the type of guy who was trying to make something happen, and he more than likely intended to kill this boy from the outset
Where is his responsibility for being an evil man ?

He disregarded a request from lawful authorities, whats so difficult to understand here ?

As a civilian you are SUPPOSED to just inform the police and let THEM take action

No, suspicion of a crime has to be evident to warrant an arrest. The trial then determines if that suspicion is true or not.
